Kow Ata, meaning 'Father of Caves' in Turkmen, is an underground thermal lake located in a 60-meter deep cave near Ashgabat. The lake's waters contain distinct minerals and are sustained by hot springs, maintaining a warm temperature of around 33 to 37°C year-round. Visitors can swim and marvel at the lake's unique setting.
