Mount Qasioun is a popular hiking and climbing destination in Damascus, the capital city of Syria. With a peak at 1,151 meters above sea level, this mountain provides breathtaking views of Damascus and the surrounding area. It is also a site of religious and historical significance, with several ancient monasteries and tombs of Islamic saints located on its slopes. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing conflict in Syria, it is not currently advisable for tourists to visit Mount Qasioun.
