At 1,950 meters, Hallasan Mountain, located on Jeju Island, is South Korea's highest peak. The mountain is a shield volcano and has several hiking trails, varying in difficulty. The two most popular trails are the Seongpanak Trail, a 9.6 km trek leading to the summit, and the Gwaneumsa Trail, which is slightly more challenging and offers stunning scenery.
