La Hougue Bie is a prehistoric ritual site consisting of a burial chamber and neolithic earth mound, dating back over 6,000 years ago. The site offers insight into the beliefs and practices of Jersey's early inhabitants. On top of the mound, you will also find a 12th-century medieval chapel and a small museum, showcasing Jersey's history from the Ice Age to modern times.
