Tai Jin House, also called the Government House, is a historical building constructed in the early 20th century to house British administrators of the phosphate mining operation on Christmas Island. The building has been restored and now hosts a small museum showcasing the history of Christmas Island, including information about its multicultural heritage, phosphate mining, and natural environment.
