Cerro Castillo is a granite mountain range located in the Aysén Region of Chilean Patagonia. The highest peak, Cerro Castillo Norte, rises to 8,776 feet (2,675 meters) above sea level. The area's striking granite spires and rugged terrain make it a paradise for mountaineers and rock climbers. There are various climbing routes available, ranging from traditional to sport climbing, as well as multi-pitch and big wall routes. As the region is quite remote, it offers a true adventure off the beaten path.
