Wangdue Phodrang Tsechu is a three-day annual event held at the Wangdue Phodrang Dzong, celebrating Bhutan's culture, religion, and community life. The festival provides an opportunity to observe traditional Bhutanese rituals, masked dances, and mingle with the local people. The event also includes the unveiling of the Thongdrel, a large sacred Buddhist painting, which is displayed for public viewing during the festival.
